What is a Downtown Generational Plan?
The Fuquay-Varina Downtown Generational Master Plan is intended to be a blueprint for additional investment in Fuquay-Varina’s downtown development specific to housing, commercial/retail development, cultural arts, landscaping, and recreation amenities. The plan will recommend changes to the built environment over the next several decades while considering current demographic profiles, economic conditions, and community goals. In addition, the plan will examine local, national, and international downtown development trends that will impact development patterns throughout downtown Fuquay-Varina.
After the Community Meeting on March 23rd, the public will be asked to provide feedback and preferences.
