The Town of Fuquay-Varina is seeking your input on the future of Library Park, located at 115 South Aiken Street. In December 2024, the Town Board approved moving forward with design concepts to activate and enhance the park, and funding has been allocated in the town budget.

On September 2, 2025, the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department, working with the design team of Site Collaborative and Katherine Hogan Architecture, presented two design concepts to the Town Board.

The Town Board is interested in hearing your thoughts to help guide the selection of a design concept for the Library Park

Two concepts are being considered: 1) Mini Golf Concept with a possible nod to our history, and 2) Plaza Concept

Both concepts feature a restroom facility.
