The Town of Fuquay-Varina is currently developing the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) and the Capital Investment Plan, a long-range plan to identify major projects.

During the budget process, the Town of Fuquay-Varina offers various opportunities for the community to be involved in the budget development process, from public hearings to workshops.

Recommended Operating Budget

The Fiscal Year 2026 Recommended Operating Budget and Capital Plan was presented at the Town of Fuquay-Varina Board of Commissioners Meeting on May 5, 2025.

    The Town of Fuquay-Varina accepted citizen input on the FY 2026 Budget from January 7 to February 19.

    Residents were asked: What topics do you feel should be considered during the development of the FY 2026 (July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026) Town of Fuquay-Varina Budget? What are the priorities that should be addressed in the Five-Year Capital Investment Plan?

    The comment period closed on February 19, 2025.
