The South Park Community Center was identified for renovations in the 2024 Comprehensive Systemwide Master Plan.

A Bit of History:

The original South Park Community Center was constructed as a CP&L office. The building underwent major renovations in 2007, adding a new wing with two basketball courts, offices, and a large multipurpose room. A teaching kitchen was added in 2016 with the help of a grant.
